About the Role
Om Carehome is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to oversee and coordinate care services for individuals in need of live-in and managed home care support. The Care Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery, managing carers, liaising with families, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a compassionate approach to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the delivery of home care services to clients.
• Recruit, train, and supervise carers to ensure quality care standards.
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns and providing support.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, nursing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a care management or supervisory role within the home care or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care management.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and care staff.
Proficiency in using care management software and maintaining detailed records.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility to respond to client needs and emergencies as required.
Certification in first aid, safeguarding, or other relevant care qualifications is preferred.
